Medicare Patient Education – Hotline, Outbound Call Center, and
Direct Mail
The Franklin Group assists pharmaceutical/biotechnology customers in
building their Medicare strategy and providing educational services to
patients about the new Prescription Drug Benefit, known as Medicare Part
D. The Franklin Group’s knowledge of Medicare Part D will help our
customers understand the ramifications of the act for them and the
patients they serve. The Franklin Group can help clients establish various
Medicare education programs, including the following:
Educational services for patients and providers:
- Inbound/Outbound call center to educate and encourage enrollment
- Direct mail programs to general or poor population to supplement the education process
- Compliance counseling/education
Mechanisms for patient access to medication:
